Hi, I’m Lavern P. Oliver, Founder and CEO of VernExpressions LLC. I’m a Trauma-Informed Empowerment Coach, Certified Life Empowerment Coach, and 11-time International best-selling author of Late to the Game But Winning.
VernExpressions was born from my personal journey of healing, resilience, and growth after childhood trauma. What began as a story of overcoming pain has grown into a purpose-driven brand and movement—created to help women heal, reclaim their self-worth, and move forward with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
At VernExpressions, we believe every woman carries strength within her—even when past experiences have caused her to doubt it. Our work is rooted in compassion, emotional safety, and empowerment, honoring each woman’s healing journey without pressure, shame, or rushing the process.

Our Coaching Support Specialist provides the personalized attention and care needed to help every client feel supported on their journey. From program coordination to one-on-one client assistance, they ensure that every woman we serve feels seen, heard, and valued.
